Summary:
Ozark Integrated Circuits is looking for an Information Systems & Security Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, support, and service delivery of the organization’s network and computer systems. This role requires maintaining a secure and reliable infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft services and CMMC (Level 2) compliance. The selected candidate will ensure effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and adherence to security protocols. Additionally, this role will work closely with our Data & Automation team to improve processes, including implementation of automations and application integration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Windows Servers and Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and administer Microsoft Azure cloud services, including infrastructure and applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the network and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures, including CMMC (Level 2) compliance
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their IT needs.
- Work with the Data and Automation team to implement automated processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Microsoft and Linux operating systems, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with network security principles and practices.
- CMMC CCP or CCA certification is preferred, but candidates with adjacent qualifications or demonstrations of willingness to learn including CompTIA, CISSP, CEH, etc are highly desirable.
- PostgreSQL/Maria/SQL database administration experience – including query writing and database maintenance.
- Preference for candidates with proficiency using Python, JavaScript, and/or Microsoft Power Automate
